Dwain Worrell was born in St. Michael, Barbados, and attended Water Street Boys School before emigrating to the United States in the mid-nineties. Dabbling in sports for most of his youth, Dwain eventually found his calling into the creative world during college at Georgia State University, where he majored in dramaturgy.
Dwain now resides in Los Angeles where he works as a writer and executive producer on the Paramount+ series Fire Country. His previous works include the Marvel/Netflix Series Iron Fist, Disney+’s National Treasure, and Amazon Studio’s The Wall, to name a few. Dwain’s debut novel, Androne, is currently being developed as a film adaptation.
